Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the provided tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international locations. For international orders, please check the shipping options at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either through a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Signature Requirement

For higher-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your package. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice for you to reschedule delivery or pick it up at a local facility.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of returns. Any additional costs such as taxes or customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
